Dashboard
A real-time overview of your connector activity, performance metrics, and alerts.
Overview
The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It provides a summary of your organization's connector health and recent execution activity. All metrics on the dashboard are scoped to your current organization and the selected time period.
Stats Cards
Four cards at the top of the dashboard show key metrics for the selected period:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Connectors | The total number of connectors in your organization, regardless of status. |
| Active Connectors | Connectors that are currently enabled and can receive triggers. Disabled connectors are excluded. |
| Events This Period | The total number of connector executions (completed, failed, and skipped) within the selected time period. |
| Failure Rate | The percentage of executions that failed within the selected time period. Skipped events are not counted as failures. |
Period Selector
Use the period selector to change the time range for all dashboard metrics. Available periods:
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days (default)
- Last 90 days
Changing the period updates the stats cards, execution trends chart, and alerts simultaneously.
Execution Trends
A stacked bar chart showing daily execution counts over the selected period. Each bar is split into completed (green) and failed (red) segments. Use this chart to spot patterns such as sudden spikes in failures or drops in activity.
Hover over a bar to see the exact counts for that day. Skipped executions are not shown in the chart.
Alerts
The dashboard surfaces two types of alerts to help you identify connectors that need attention. Each alert links directly to the connector for quick access.
High Failure Rate
Shown when a connector has a failure rate above 50% and at least 5 events in the selected period. This filters out connectors with too few executions to be meaningful. Click the connector name to investigate the failing events.
Dormant Connector
Shown when an active connector has not received any events in the last 7 days. This may indicate that the sending system stopped triggering the connector, or that the endpoint URL changed. Click the connector name to review its configuration.
Recent Activity
A table showing the latest connector executions across your organization. Each row displays:
- Connector name
- Status (completed, failed, or skipped)
- Execution duration in milliseconds
- Timestamp of the execution
Click on any row to navigate to the full event details, including the request payload, outbound request, and response.
