Understanding Limits
- Connectors: The maximum number of connectors you can create. Disabled connectors count toward the limit.
- Events per month: Each connector execution (completed, skipped, or failed) counts as one event. The counter resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- Event retention: How long event history is kept. Older events are automatically deleted.
- Team members: The maximum number of members in your organization (including the owner). Pending invitations count toward the limit.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to
- You will be redirected to the Stripe checkout page to enter payment details
- Once payment is confirmed, your new limits take effect immediately
Upgrading is prorated: you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep access to all features of your current plan.
Before downgrading, make sure your current usage is within the limits of the new plan. If you have more connectors or members than the new plan allows, you will need to remove some before the downgrade takes effect.
Free Plan
New organizations start on the Free plan. You can upgrade at any time. The Free plan has no time limit and is suitable for testing and small-scale use cases.
